A stunning addition to the Viera Town Center, the brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites across from The Avenue Viera, boasts a modern and relaxing atmosphere for guests, with convenience to dining and shopping.

Since opening its doors May 30, it has been been sold out nearly every night.

According to Jennifer Vasu, the sales manager at The Fairfield Inn & Suites, the new hotel “is one of the top performing newly opened hotels within Marriott. We hope to keep this positive trend moving forward.”

Its success can be attributed to its exceptional guest services and amenities, such as a poolside bar open to the community, as well as a large fitness center that boasts both cardiovascular equipment and free weights. Guests have been particularly excited about the complimentary breakfast serving mini-waffles, and the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo & Conditioner available in all rooms — not to mention the appeal of the visually dynamic space.

Offering 90 rooms, 26 suites and an event space that comfortably seats up to 35, guests also have the option to enjoy services such as valet dry cleaning, local restaurant delivery, wireless internet and the outdoor swimming pool with towel service. It makes the new Fairfield a convenient venue for out-of-town wedding guests, weekend getaways and traveling sports teams visiting the area.

In addition, the event space offers the community a great location with top-notch service for local meetings, conferences and social functions.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is looking forward to a bright future and hopes to serve as a mainstay to the Viera community.

“We hope that we can continue to be the company that the Viera community knows they can trust their clients and loved ones to host, no matter what their event or need,” Vasu said. “We hope that our exceptional guest service and team appreciation is what will keep us as a community cornerstone for both guests and employees now and in the future.”

Along with its other hotel locations, the Fairfield also is proud to offer the utmost in quality and service for guests and team members during hurricanes and other natural disasters.
