New tenants for Pineda Landings
Pineda Landings shopping center is quickly adding tenants.
The 50,000-square-foot plaza at North Wickham Road and Jordan Blass Drive in Suntree is now 75 percent occupied, according to Orlando-based plaza developer Bishopbeale.
Nationally recognized tenants Orange Theory Fitness, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, California Tortilla, Expedia CruiseShipsCenters, Supercuts, Swanky Sole and La Moda Boutique will open stores at the plaza. They join anchor tenant The Fresh Market and previously announced tenants Jersey Mike’s Subs and Allure Nails.
Talks are underway with other retailers for the remaining 7,600 square feet of space, including a martial arts facility, medical offices and restaurants, Bishopbeale marketing director Caroline Miller said.
Orange Theory Fitness, a franchise known for its cardiovascular and strength training classes, will open a 2,800-square-foot store.
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa will offer professional massage, facial and hair-removal services seven days a week at its new 2,400-square-foot location.
Fast casual Mexican restaurant California Tortilla will serve fresh, made-to-order burritos, quesadillas and salads in a 2,800-square foot location.
Expedia CruiseShipCenters, a California-based network of 200 retail travel agency franchises, will occupy a 1,200-square-foot location.
The new 1,000-square-foot Supercuts styling salon is the sixth in Brevard County and is among more than 2,300 Supercuts in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Swanky Sole is moving its designer-shoes-and-accessories boutique from downtown Melbourne to a 1,000-square-foot store early in 2016. And La Moda also will move its women’s clothing store from Satellite Beach to a 1,400-square-foot shop early next year.
