Craft beers and fine selection of wines in Rockledge locale
When Chris and Pat Pascale opened Crispy’s Beer & Wine Bar off Murrell Road in Rockledge, they knew they wanted to offer patrons a place to experience craft beers and fine wines in an atmosphere that was both fun and relaxing. Crispy’s is just that.
With more than 30 wines available by the glass or bottle and 39 craft beers on tap or by bottle, Chris and Pat have created a perfect place to experience the unique flavors of various brews and elite wines. Of course, they also offer domestic wine and beer as well as snacks such as hummus, salsa, smoked fish dips, popcorn and chocolate covered potato chips.
If a patron wishes to have dinner while drinking at Crispy’s, they are welcome to bring in their own food or have it delivered at no extra charge.
“All beers and wines are kept at correct temperatures for utmost enjoyment. We also offer a very flavorful craft root beer for those who do not imbibe,” said Pascale. Games are abundant in this lively place including trivia, darts and board games. Prizes are awarded for a variety of contests. Also, Chris and Pat host a variety of comedians and musicians as entertainment. On Sundays, NFL games are shown.
Besides the beautiful wooden bar in the front of Crispy’s there is seating arranged much like one would find in an upper class lounge. Cushy arm chairs surround coffee tables and other seating is comfortable and conducive to conversation.
“Folks come in after work and relax, have a beer or a glass of wine before going out to dinner. We get a lot of professional people in here,” Pat added.
At Crispy’s, Monday nights are Texas Hold ‘Em competitions. Tuesdays are ladies’ night. Wednesday is Wine down night. Thursday is Kill the Keg night. Friday and Saturday offer a variety of entertainment, often soft jazz or blues music by talented locals or comic routines from local comedians.
Crispy’s is located at 604 Barnes Blvd. in the Publix shopping center off of Barnes Blvd. and Murrell Road. They are open from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. and are available for special events.
