Marisol at Viera, a newly built 282-unit luxury apartment community across from The Avenue Viera, has new owners.
Passco Cos. of Irvine, Calif. recently acquired the Class A multifamily property at 2439 Casona Lane from Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group for $50.25 million.
Completed in 2016, the Space Coast’s first new apartment complex in eight years comprises eight buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 624 square feet to 1,380 square feet. Units feature Mediterranean architecture and interiors, large balconies, luxury plank flooring, large kitchen islands, granite countertops, under mount sinks and pendant lighting.
Amenities include controlled access, a clubhouse, two poolside bars and outdoor kitchens, a TV lounge, a 6,500-square-foot dog park with an outdoor grooming station, electric car charging stations and 564 parking spaces.
Marisol at Viera reached 96 percent occupancy in the seven months since its completion, according to Passco.
Passco’s acquisition of Marisol was the firm’s third in Florida last year and brought its total multifamily acquisitions for 2016 to more than $500 million.
