Merrill Lynch/Bank of America will be the anchor tenant at newly constructed Riverview Tower at Suntree at the corner of Suntree Boulevard and U.S. 1.

The bank will occupy the building’s fifth floor and almost half of the fourth, taking up 25,000 square feet, according to a statement from Melbourne-based JM Real Estate, marketing and leasing agent for Riverview Tower. Illuminated Bank of America signage has been installed and Merrill Lynch will take occupancy during the first quarter of 2017, JM said in the statement.

Developed and constructed by Tricon Development of Brevard, the 80,000-square-foot Riverview Tower at 6525 Third St. offers Class “A” retail and office space starting at 450 square feet. It has a secured parking garage under the building with 100 spaces for select tenants, as well as 200 outside parking spaces.

Other tower tenants include the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast and Lyn Aerospace. Tricon also has moved its office from Merritt Island to the tower, said Baytree resident Robert Kodsi, a Tricon partner.

Built on 3.5 acres of a natural bluff about 20 feet above U.S. 1, Riverview Tower provides offices on the top floors with unobstructed views of the Indian River.

“The views of the river are spectacular,” said Charine Lewis, a broker/associate with JM Real Estate.
