Apartments in Viera are becoming more common as the population continues to grow.
Currently under construction is yet another option for renters looking for a luxury apartment that feels like home.
Centre Pointe Apartments in Viera will have an upscale, urban atmosphere. Conveniently located in Viera’s town center, the apartments will provide home-like features such as bicycle parking, outdoor grills and optional garages.
PAC Land Development Corporation promotes the new apartments as being their most progressive and high-tech community to date. An optional 24-hour electronic concierge, wall-mounted iPads for entertainment and smart Nest Thermostats will be available for all apartments.
Each apartment will be equipped with stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and granite countertops in both kitchens and baths, along with glass tile backsplash and specialty kitchen lighting, according to Regina Rossini of PAC Land Development Corporation.
During their free time, renters can enjoy the sundecks, outdoor day beds, lounge chairs, hammocks and fire pits for relaxing. Outdoor activities include corn-hole and volleyball, while an indoor fitness center will include a full range of exercise equipment. Billiard tables and a social center will enable residents to connect with each other.
“Community events will be the norm,’’ Rossini said. “Just refer to one of our electronic informational displays throughout our communities to find out what’s happening next.”
Centre Pointe Apartments will have 272 apartments and 92 garages housed among five separate residential buildings with elevators. Four additional buildings will feature carriage homes.
According to Rossini, a leasing office is slated to open in mid-to-late summer, and first occupancies will be in by December.
Another upcoming community is the 259-unit Artistry at Viera Luxury apartments, with an estimated opening date this fall. Marisol and the Highlands apartments, both near Viera’s town center, are popular among Viera’s rental population.
