A brand-new building graces Wickham Drive, just north of the Pineda Causeway. The Space Coast Association of Realtors has centralized its operating offices to Palm Shores, with more space for other functions such as hosting events.
Realtors, government officials and other business people from throughout Brevard recently met to celebrate a new addition to the Palm Shores community. The Space Coast Association of Realtors publicly opened the doors to its new building located at 2950 Pineda Plaza Way in Palm Shores.
The move was made to be more centrally located and to be housed in a brand-new building. The 15,000-plus square-foot property merged two separate buildings located on Merritt Island and in Melbourne. In addition to office space, the new building features a banquet room and additional meeting space.
In the presence of guests and representatives from three area Chambers of Commerce, Space Coast Association of Realtors president Mike Artelli cut the ribbon after thanking those in attendance.
“There are so many people who made this possible. I especially want to thank the community of Palm Shores for welcoming us,” Artelli said.
Mayor of Palm Shores Carol McCormack spoke just before the ribbon cutting, thanking the realtors for coming to the town.
The new building was built by West Melbourne based M.E. Construction, Inc. (MEC).
The Space Coast Association of Realtors has a membership base of more than 3,900 realtors and business partners servicing Brevard County.
