As Viera develops into a larger area, new communities are breaking ground.
The Viera area is senior-friendly in all aspects, from its diverse entertainment venues to its senior housing developments.
One of the more recent developments in Viera is Bridgewater, a senior community which recently broke ground for its new community clubhouse.
On May 9, home construction company Lennar held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new clubhouse within the Bridgewater community.
The Bridgewater Clubhouse will be located within the Bridgewater community at 2015 Trift Bridge Circle in Melbourne.
“Our amenities are amazing here,” said Barbara Wasinger, the area sales manager for Lennar Homes. “It’s a 23,000 square-foot club campus. It’s going to house a fitness center (...), and the resort-style pool is going to be amazing, (along) with pickleball, tennis courts, an amphitheater, just an overall lifestyle here that we’re creating. It’s going to be amazing.”
In the Lennar community, included within the homes are the “world’s first” ‘Wi-Fi Certified Home Design,’ which function as smarthomes for senior living, ages “55 and better.”
