Space Coast United Soccer registration
Registration for the Space Coast United Soccer Club’s award-winning TOPSoccer program is now open for children age 4 and up with play set to begin Nov. 1.
The program, which is tailored for children with physical and/or mental disabilities, furthers the U.S. Youth Soccer’s mission of fostering the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels.
A release put out by SCUS said TopSoccer “takes kids from the sidelines to participating in the game. The players develop a sense of belonging to a community, can learn the value of being part of a team and enjoy improved self-esteem, fitness and social skills.”
The children and their families “can expect a fun and meaningful experience, games and activities adapted to ensure the children’s participation, and a safe and healthy environment. Parents have the opportunity to network with other families for support and information.”
Space Coast United Soccer won the Florida Youth Soccer Association’s 2014 awards for TOPSoccer Club of the Year and TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year (Ryan Zinone).
