The Pearl community welcomes residents this fall

The Pearl of Viera is a 300-unit apartment complex off Town Center Avenue.

Next month, families will begin moving into The Pearl of Viera, a 300-unit apartment complex off Stadium Parkway.

Managed by Davis Development of Atlanta, the 11-acre complex will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in cost from $1,584 to more than $2,500.

“The site has convenient access to all that the Viera Town Center has to offer, including businesses and the beach,” said Carissa Brogdon, the director of marketing and brand development.

Apartment amenities include lofty ceilings, wood finish flooring, walk-in closets, home intrusion alarms, washer-dryers, quartz countertops, and a screened-in patio or balcony. The complex will offer a saltwater pool with Wi-Fi, a sun shelf and cabanas.

Gray Schaufler of Davis Development said residents will have access to a cyber lounge. “This is a workspace for residents to use with Wi-Fi with computers and a printer,” he said.

The property will have social lounges, multi-sport simulator and games. A two-story fitness center houses equipment for cardio, resistance, free weights and barre, spin and cross-training. A clubhouse will offer a coffee and tea bar, brew lounge, and social room with a television for gaming activities.

A bike storage and repair room, movie theater, paw spa and outdoor dog park, conference room, car care center, indoor and outdoor kitchens, elevator, guest suites and package lockers available anytime complete the list of added perks.

“We are excited to offer a rare and elevated living experience, found only at The Pearl,” Brogdon said.

Rent payments and repair service requests are available online. Residents pay their own cable, electric, sewer, water, internet and trash services. Residents with pets will pay a one-time fee per pet plus an additional rent of $20 a month. Residents can have a total of two cats or dogs, with breed restrictions.

One-bedroom apartments are expected to be open Aug. 17, and larger units beginning Sept. 10. For more information, go to
