Neighbors of Suntree is a 501c3 non-profit organization, founded in 1984. Its goal is to help newcomers, who live in Suntree and surrounding areas, meet their neighbors, make new friends and familiarize themselves with the community. Neighbors of Suntree offers informative programs and promotes social and charitable projects.

Members can participate in a variety of monthly activities.

The organization is committed to becoming involved in the community by raising money for select charities. After operating expenses, money is donated to local charities chosen by the Neighbors of Suntree board of directors. Each year, the board selects different charities to which to contribute.

Last year, more than $10,000 was donated to four organizations. The charities selected this year are Vietnam and All Veterans of Brevard, Touch of Grey, North/Central Brevard Salvation Army Domestic Violence Program and New Life Mission.
